ZipBill allows providers to send claims electronically without spending thousands of dollars on a practice management system. You simply log on to ECP’s secure Internet site, complete the on-line CMS form (previously HCFA form) and submit the claim. ZipBill edits and formats the claim per the payer's specifications and submits it electronically.  You will receive electronic confirmation of delivery and a missing information report.
