Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answers, evaluates, and prioritizes incoming telephone requests for assistance from clients experiencing problems with electronic claims.
  • Interviews user to collect information about problem and logs call using Window utility.
  • Uses available help desk tools to determine cause of problem, and route calls appropriately.
  • Resolves non-technical issues when possible.
  • Logs call using Windows utility, escalates to second level help desk if necessary.
  • Coordinates process of provider enrollment forms from client request to payer approval and notifies client upon approval.
  • Maintain clearinghouse payer lists.
  • Provides administrative support to ECP production, support and marketing personnel.
